A Gift From the Community
A few weeks ago, Dr. Jessie Duppler reached out with something I wasn't expecting — a mobility guide she'd put together specifically for cyclists, and an offer to share it with the Bell Lap community.
Jessie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Chain Reaction Physical Therapy in Prescott, Arizona. She's also a former competitive cyclist and Bell Lap athlete. She knows what the bike does to the body — because she's lived it.
The guide is practical, approachable, and built around one truth that's easy to forget: you don't need a lot of time. A few consistent minutes a day will do more than an occasional long session ever will.
It's free, and it's available for download (as a .pdf) from the Bell Lap site for one week.

Thanks, Jessie!
See you next week,
Steve
