  • Principle 1: Progressive Overload. An athlete's training must create progressive overload and provide adequate recovery. We monitor and adjust overload and recovery to maximize speed and power.

  • Principle 2: Goal Driven. Training must be specific to individual athletes’ chosen goals. We will define those goals with precision and pursue them with focus.

  • Principle 3: Life Harmony. Training, racing, and recovery need to fit into the big picture of an athlete's life and responsibilities in order to be sustainable and productive. We will help you recognize when you’re pushing too far (and when you haven’t pushed far enough).
