Kingdom Trails East Burke, VT July 14-16. We had so much response to our first weekend that we are adding a second!  Come join Crystal Anthony for a women's weekend of mountain bike skills practice with a special treat: her own whole food cooking to fuel you!  Riding will take place on the amazing Kingdom Trails in East Burke, VT.  Feel free to participate hands-on with the meal prep, or if you prefer, just enjoy the finished products; either way you will come away with a packet of new recipes that taste great while also fueling your body. We will stay at the gorgeous CrossCycleAdventures facility in West Burke.  Check out photos here and also below!

2:30-4:00 afternoon session: option for exploring on your own or joining group ride

Sunday
