Professional Training For Endurance Athletes


At Bell Lap Coaching, we work with cyclists and endurance athletes of all levels, helping them to reach their athletic goals. Our custom training plans integrate with your lifestyle, helping you maximize your training and recovery time.

Bell Lap Coaching's philosophy is based on three principles:  

  • The athlete's training needs to create a progressive overload and provide adequate recovery.
  • The athlete's training must be specific to their chosen goals.
  • Training, racing, and recovering needs to fit into the big picture of an athlete's life in order to be sustainable and productive.

A coaching relationship with Bell Lap begins with a detailed client questionnaire and interview, to provide a platform for both athlete and coach to get to know one another, ask questions, and express concerns.  From there, and based on the three principles outlined above, one Bell Lap's coaches develops a custom training plan that helps an athlete discover new limits and levels of efficiency in their training, while working steadily toward a variety of goals.

Bell Lap Coaching combines industry-leading access to your coach with fully custom training to suit every athlete's needs.

Bell Lap Coaching offers variety of coaching packages and consulting options to suit all budgets and needs.  Packages vary in contact frequency between coach and athlete, but are all created individually for the specific athlete's needs.  

Training plans are delivered in a .pdf calendar, and clients share power files either by email or Dropbox / Google Drive.  Google-based training logs help streamline communication between coach and athlete.
